Drugs Found Under Baby's Pillow

BROWNSVILLE - Police found drugs inside a baby's crib in a Brownsville home. Officers say they made the discovery after getting permission to search the home of Erik Gallegos.

Police say they'd stopped him for a broken tail light and found drugs in his car. At his house, police discovered crack cocaine hidden under a baby's pillow.

Gallegos was charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. There were five children living in the house. Gallegos also faces five counts of child endangerment.
